I'm a systems-change architect whose life's work is rooted in a radical belief: that true power is found in contribution, not control. For over two decades, I've been opening pathways for the underestimated—not just creating access, but shifting power to those closest to the challenge.
My journey from Nigeria to the global stage has shaped how I lead: rooted in lived experience and deep empathy. As founder of the Youth for Technology Foundation, I've equipped over 1.7 million women and youth with digital and entrepreneurial skills, transforming lives across Africa and beyond. Through initiatives like the Digital Village Movement and 3D Africa—where 65% of participants are girls trained in AI and emerging tech—I'm proving that innovation thrives when communities design their own solutions.

Now as Global Vice President at Ashoka and a featured honoree in Microsoft's OPULIS—a coffee table book celebrating 50 women who shaped the company's trillion-dollar transformation—I'm bridging corporate and social innovation at scale. With OPULIS, every 10 books sold funds one AI Certification Scholarship for women, working toward igniting 1,000 AI careers by 2030. It's not just recognition; it's fuel for the future.
